Job Summary
PD Coordinator for REVOLVE’s Owned Brand division is an entry-level, full-time role focused on supporting product development from tech pack through production. Responsibilities include managing development post-tech pack, providing accurate cost estimates, assisting with vendor allocations and communications, negotiating FOB costs, consolidating suppliers for cost leverage, maintaining weekly product consoles and WIP, tracking proto and samples, creating cost targets to meet IMU goals, and supporting cost analysis and reporting. Candidate should have strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and organizational skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment, and be able to multi-task with tight deadlines. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a design-related field and 2-3+ years of experience in Product Development or a similar role. Preferred qualifications include fabric knowledge and experience with costing and overseas vendor communication. Salary range is estimated at $23-$25/hour based on base pay, with typical benefits in a full-time role.
