PD Coordinator

Full-time, entry-level Product Development Coordinator role supporting the Owned Brand division in Los Angeles. Responsible for assisting in the execution of the PD process, managing development after tech pack through production, providing accurate cost estimates, assisting with vendor allocations and communication, negotiating FOB costs, consolidating suppliers for cost leverage, maintaining weekly PD consoles and WIPs, organizing costing, developing aesthetically correct samples to meet design vision, creating cost targets for all styles before tech packs are sent, and ensuring IMU goals are met. Will help manage development WIP (T&A proto tracking, sample management, costing), negotiate component costs, stay updated with PD reports, and complete ad-hoc management tasks. Requires strong communication, collaboration, organizational skills, ability to multi-task under tight deadlines, and a flexible, proactive work style. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design-related field and 2-3+ years of relevant Product Development experience; preferred qualifications include fabric knowledge and overseas vendor communication. Compensation includes an hourly range of $23-$25/hr (base).
