Job Summary
The Banca Business Support Officer is responsible for providing end-to-end sales and operational support to Bancassurance sales teams and bank partners. Key responsibilities include timely processing of new business, effective issue resolution, and maintaining high service standards for Conventional and Takaful products. The role involves proactive follow-up on submissions, liaising with sales teams, handling customer and partner enquiries, and resolving operational issues. Candidates are expected to possess strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, with a proven ability to manage large volumes of cases effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a life insurance company
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is an added advantage
- Strong people management and analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail
