Job Summary
Anticipate customer needs and prioritize them in all daily interactions while leading, coaching, and motivating colleagues to achieve departmental success. Maintain merchandising and operational standards and remain accountable for meeting sales results and financial objectives. Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and foster a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging staff. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a unionized environment. Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
- Previous management experience in retail or food services
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays in a Unionized environment
- Candidates who are 18 years or older
