Job Summary
PCVD Process Engineer role focused on identifying, diagnosing, and resolving assembly process problems. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and implementing changes at each process step. Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Validate and fan out new process baselines for new product introductions, including new processes, tools, and/or materials. Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC, site-to-site portability, supplier qualification and audits to meet quality, cost, and risk objectives. Maintain compliance with internal/external audits and contribute to process improvements across manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in PCVD Process Engineer-related occupation
