Job Summary
Master Technician/Engineer role at Stagecoach Kettering Depot. You’ll carry out complex diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to PCV vehicles, diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults, perform engine overhauls, mentor engineering apprentices, and support issues both in the depot and on the road, all while upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards across the fleet. The position requires dual mechanical/electrical skills, Level 3 BTEC/NVQ (or equivalent) in HGV/PCV maintenance, and proven experience with advanced diagnostics and repairs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 BTEC/NVQ (or equivalent) in HGV/PCV maintenance
- Dual skilled Mechanical/Electrical with proven experience

- demonstrable engineering experience with vehicular focus (bus, HGV/LGV, truck, haulage, automotive, plant, rail, farm)
- ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults
