Job Summary
Travel PCU Stepdown RN delivering high-quality patient care in progressive care/stepdown units across the U.S. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acutely ill patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families. You’ll adapt quickly to new clinical environments, follow facility protocols, and maintain accurate documentation. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Ability to travel for assignments across the U.S.
- Experience in PCU or stepdown units (preferred)
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Comprehensive patient and family education skills
- Strong documentation and adherence to facility protocols
- Interdisciplinary team collaboration
