Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for a designated group of patients, addressing spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological aspects while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Systematically collect and analyze healthcare consumer data, set measurable goals based on standards of care, and modify the plan of care using evidence-based practice. Implement care coordination, education, and discharge planning, ensuring all phases of the nursing process are documented in the patient's record. Requires an RN degree, current registration, and BLS/ACLS certification. Located at CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy, a Level I trauma center focused on patient-centered healing.
