Job Summary
Assess patients, develop and evaluate care plans, and administer therapeutic interventions while monitoring outcomes. Coordinate patient care by communicating extensively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Effectively manage rapidly changing situations and participate in clinical decision-making. Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, wellness, and safety issues. Demonstrate standard precautions, maintain professional ethics, and contribute to performance improvement activities. Requires a valid NJ RN license and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
