PCU Registered Nurse Day Shift

PCU Registered Nurse on Day shift for AdventHealth Port Charlotte. Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care; administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders; educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies; collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication; maintain accurate documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes; evaluate care plans for effectiveness and adjust as needed; ensure infection control and safety compliance; provide emotional support and therapeutic communication; supervise and delegate care to team members; participate in professional development and performance-improvement activities; respond to code situations promptly. The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and related certifications as listed in the posting. Pay range listed as $31.53 - $52.24 hourly.
