Job Summary
Care for complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients by monitoring high-acuity conditions, managing IV drips, chest tubes, and central lines, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a newly expanded, state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower featuring modern technology and workspaces. Opportunities exist to develop advanced clinical skills, gain ICU-level exposure, and grow into Charge RN or specialty leadership roles. Full-time employment with multiple shifts available; BLS required, ACLS preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
- Interest in high-acuity or critical care nursing
- Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
- BLS
