Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides compassionate, holistic care under RN/LPN mentorship, guiding patients through morning and evening care routines with emphasis on dignity. Responds promptly to discomfort, supports individualized nutritional protocols, and meticulously monitors and documents vital signs. Works within an interdisciplinary team to foster holistic healing, maintains infection control standards, and ensures care protocols are transparent and accountable while supporting patients' emotional and spiritual well-being.
Required Qualifications

- Current Nurse Aide Board Certification
- BCLS Certification
