Job Summary
PCR Sales Representative responsible for building sales relationships by daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referrals/admissions; maintain a sales territory to meet census goals with comfort using cold calling and contact planning; deliver public speaking and presentations to organizations, healthcare professionals (MDs, RNs, Hospital Executives); conduct daily visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and SNFs to educate and inform referral sources and patients about home health options; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or two years of progressive experience in marketing and sales; minimum two years of home health experience; demonstrated sales success; proficient in Microsoft Office; sales training experience preferred; strong ethics and teamwork
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or two years progressive experience in marketing and sales
- At least two years’ home health experience in health care industry
- Documented sales success; verifiable sales success/awards
- General Computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Experience with formal sales training preferred
- Cold calling as well for business generation
- Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
