Job Summary
PCR Sales Representative builds sales relationships with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to drive referrals/admissions for home health services. Tasks include maintaining a sales territory to meet census targets, using cold calling and contact planning, delivering presentations to health-care professionals (MDs, RNs, hospital executives), and daily visits to physician offices, hospitals, and SNFs to educate referral sources and patients about home health options. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing (or two years of progressive marketing/sales experience) and at least two years of home health experience; strong ethics, self-motivation, and MS Office skills are needed; formal sales training is preferred. The role offers ESOP and comprehensive benefits and is full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or have two years progressive experience in marketing and sales
- At least two years’ home health experience in health care industry
- Documented sales success; verifiable sales success/awards
- General Computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Experience with formal sales training preferred
- Cold calling as well for business generation
- Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
