Job Summary
Build sales relationships through daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners to ensure referrals and admissions. Maintain sales territory consistency by reflecting referral source targets and meeting census goals using cold calling and contact planning. Conduct daily visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and SNFs to educate referral sources and patients on home health options. Deliver presentations to healthcare professionals, hospital executives, and organizations to promote home health services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
- Two years of progressive experience in marketing and sales
- At least four years of medical marketing experience
- Hospice experience
- Documented sales success
- Verifiable sales success
- Sales awards
- General Computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with formal sales training
- Cold calling
- Business generation
- Highly ethical
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
