Job Summary
PCR Sales Representative responsible for building sales relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and hospital staff to drive referrals/admissions for STAT Home Health; conduct daily visits to physician offices, hospitals, SNFs, and assisted living facilities to educate referral sources and patients on home health options; deliver presentations to healthcare professionals; analyze market targets and maintain a designated sales territory; utilize cold calling and contact planning to meet census goals; engage in public speaking and presentations to MDs, RNs, and hospital executives; collaborate with the team to achieve growth, forecast referrals, and promote ESOP benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or two years progressive experience in marketing and sales
- At least two years’ home health experience in health care industry
- Documented sales success; Candidates should have verifiable sales success/awards from previous positions
- General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with formal sales training preferred
- Cold calling as well for business generation
- Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
