Job Summary
Develop and implement plans to maximize net sales of BIPI and co-promoted diabetes products; influence targeted healthcare professionals to support product use; execute brand strategies to deliver messages to customers; establish and maintain cooperation with co-promotion partners and BIPI teams; complete pre-call plans, build customer networks, and provide timely follow-up; route activities to engage providers on payer environments, formulary access, and co-pays; manage speaker programs and work with managed care to sustain formulary support; plan territory resources and adapt to market conditions; travel within territory, deliver compliant remote and in-person presentations, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve net sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum two years successful sales/marketing experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Experience in diabetes therapeutic area preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and database applications
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel (may include overnight travel)
- Should reside in territory geography or be willing to relocate; exceptions to be granted by senior sales leadership
