Job Summary
PCI Compliance and Data Compromise Operations Associate monitors Card Brand requirements for proactive security validations, develops and delivers guidance to merchants and internal teams on PCI DSS, communicates emerging security trends, facilitates data compromise incident communications, and acts as a liaison between merchants and Card Brands to drive coordinated resolution; maintains records and identifies opportunities to enhance compliance processes and incident response.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with Merchant Services, Payments, and/or card networks is essential.
- Must have client-facing and external partner-facing experience.
- Project management skills
- Ability to identify common areas of risk and compliance vulnerability and escalate as appropriate.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders across organizations and borders.
- Strong sense of initiative, independence, and ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results.
- Proficient Microsoft Suite of applications, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and capable of developing high-quality presentations.
