PCC Manager of Operational Intelligence & Technology

Job Summary
Facilitate the development, implementation, and governance of patient pre-service informatics and analytics programs, overseeing daily team operations and driving innovations in scheduling, registration, and financial clearance. Lead plan development, benchmarking, and operational feasibility analysis while serving as the liaison to IS/IT, business intelligence, and data architecture teams to represent reporting needs. Drive staff adoption of pre-service functionalities and maintain key performance indicator reports to assess performance and support decision-making across departments. Work collaboratively to improve efficiency and automation while ensuring consistent delivery of patient-centered care. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or information systems, five years of informatics experience including people leadership, and analytics expertise. The position is based in Piedmont Healthcare Corporate with an in-office schedule of four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, information systems, business, or related field
- 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in informatics, healthcare technology, system implementation and/or analytics
- at least (1) year leading people, projects and/or programs
- Analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization experience
- Experience in influencing others directly and indirectly through successful leadership of high performing teams in a customer service, operations, or technology space
- IN OFFICE 4 DAYS/WEEK
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree MBA, MHA, or MS in tech-related discipline
- Previous experience leading a cross-functional, enterprise-wide, complex project, or implementation within a healthcare setting
