Job Summary
Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional, and engaging manner while maintaining a productive daily schedule and coordinating future appointments with patients and dental staff. Provide patient consultations, communicate recommended treatments, costs, insurance coverage, and payment options, and contact patients to follow up on visits and build lasting relationships. Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations, and travel as needed for training and to perform job functions. Requires at least two years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in healthcare or dental settings, with familiarity with dental practice management software.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
- Must be able to travel as needed for training and to perform job functions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix
