Job Summary
Hybrid HPE PCBE CoE Engineer focused on delivering expert technical support for enterprise PCBE environments, with deep knowledge of PCBE Control plane, Alletra MP B10000, VMware vCenter/ESXi, Morpheus, and container platforms. Responsible for complex break-fix, planning, design, implementation, upgrades, and expansion across private cloud infrastructure; owns issues end-to-end and coordinates with HPE engineering, QA, and development teams. Requires strong troubleshooting across Linux systems, virtualization, storage (NFS), networking (IPv4/IPv6), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure); knowledge content and runbooks development; leadership in problem management and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with PCBE Control plane, Alletra MP B10000, VMware vCenter/ESXi, Morpheus
- Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, SLES, Debian)
- VMware vSphere/vCenter
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP)
- NFS storage configuration and troubleshooting
- ITSM/ITIL familiarity
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Container platforms
- Experience with microservices and API networking
