Job Summary
Lead PCB Designer responsible for creating and validating HDI PCB layouts for military radio communication equipment; mentor designers; utilize Mentor PADS and Valor NPI; develop PCB stackups, model-controlled impedance, and complex layouts across RF, digital, analog, and power domains; perform peer reviews and maintain design guidelines; lead evaluation and upgrade of PCB design software; must be eligible for DoD security clearance; relocation assistance provided in Rochester, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years or prior relevant PCB design experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related PCB design experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related PCB design experience
