Job Summary
Technical liaison between customers, internal sales, and fabrication partners. Own the customer order workflow from quote review through production release, review Gerber/ODB++ data, coordinate with domestic and offshore fabrication facilities, manage EQs end-to-end, and ensure special project requirements (e.g., x-outs, packaging, labeling, quality documentation) are clearly communicated and executed. Ideal for an experienced CAM/Front-End Engineer who enjoys cross-stakeholder coordination and driving complex PCB projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation packages, extracting design rules, determining panelization needs, preparing fabrication drawings, coordinating pre-production engineering and CAM workflows, releasing orders to production, maintaining records, and supporting Design for Manufacturing (DFM) efforts as a bridge between customer engineers and fab capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in PCB front-end engineering, CAM, DFM, or pre-production engineering
- Fluency with PCB CAM software (Genesis 2000, InCAM, Valor, CAM350, or similar)
- Working knowledge of fabrication drawings, IPC specifications, materials, stackups, and panelization
- Track record of writing and resolving engineering questions (EQs) with customers
- Comfortable communicating directly with customer engineers on technical decisions
