PCAs & CNAs and Caregiver

Provide resident care services in Memory Care or Ensemble areas under the supervision of the Resident Services Director, maintaining a positive physical and social environment. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, and mobility. Keep proper records of care by documenting services provided and maintaining resident service plans. Approach all encounters with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner while promoting a safe environment. Work closely with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care and support neighborhood programming operations.
