Job Summary
PCA Specialist responsible for financial performance analysis and cost management at manufacturing plants, including cost development, budgeting support at the plant level, standard costing governance, and monthly production cost variance forecasting in collaboration with plant leadership. Focus on operational cost efficiency, product impact analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support governance, process improvements, and IT/finance initiatives within the Plant Cost Analysis organization. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of cost analysis or financial planning experience in manufacturing; SAP familiarity and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in cost analysis or financial planning within a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with standard costing and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with plant leadership
- Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
