Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting while preparing meals and performing light housekeeping. Support mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Remind patients of medication schedules and help them maintain independence at home. Travel to client locations in Wilmington, Castle Hayne, Wrightsville Beach, and Leland as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
