Job Summary
Join Benchmark as a Personal Care Assistant to deliver compassionate care to residents in a warm, comfortable environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; documenting care and reporting health changes; engaging residents in activities; and ensuring exceptional care through customer service skills. A valid PCA license is required, and while prior experience in nursing or assisted living is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS/PCA license required

- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community
- Previous experience working with people with dementia
