Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide mobility assistance, help with transfers and ambulation, and prepare nutritious meals while performing light housekeeping duties. Offer companionship and emotional support, monitor client health or behavior changes, and assist with medication reminders per care plans. Maintain a safe and clean home environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
