Job Summary
Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes by executing personalized weekly schedules and care plans. Provide companionship, social and emotional support, and assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and light housekeeping. Manage transportation to appointments and handle administrative documentation of tasks and condition changes. Maintain order, safety, and client enjoyment while treating clients like family. This role requires compassion, empathy, and reliability, with experience in Alzheimer's or dementia being a plus. Flexible schedules of 4-40 hours per week are available, including weekends.
