Job Summary
Primary Care RN or PCA-LPN role under the primary care operations team, partnering with providers and the care team to deliver safe, timely, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a primary care setting. Responsibilities include collaboration with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, organization, attention to detail, and independent task performance within the scope of practice. Requires RN licensure (or LPN/PCA pathway) and a nursing degree (AS degree or BSN) with preferred 6 months of clinical healthcare experience in a primary care office. Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure
- Education: Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
- Works well as a member of a team and willing to collaborate with all members of the care team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-directed and able to perform tasks that are in scope of practice independently with minimal oversight
