Provide approved care of assigned patients and assist in implementation of interventions under supervision of an RN. Supervise patients with activities of daily living and developmentally appropriate activities while using crisis control techniques for de-escalation. Respond to communication system alarms and patient transport requests with urgency, ensuring organized, safe work environments compliant with infection control policies. Complete timely documentation, answer telephone calls per etiquette, and assemble charts or stock supplies as needed.
