Job Summary
Provide in-home care as a PCA/HHA/HM, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, and environmental support per each client’s care plan; maintain confidentiality, document client status and changes, and support clients with mobility and basic health-related activities in clients’ homes; roles include Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, and Homemaker.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a DHS Background check (DHS Criminal Background check)
- TB Skin Test
- Must have a drivers license
- Must have reliable transportation & valid car insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and assist with transferring clients up to 80 lbs.
- Experience in a caregiving role preferred
- Pass DHS Criminal Background check and TB Skin Test
- Must have a drivers license
