Job Summary
Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship to residents, assisting with daily routines and activities, fostering a respectful and supportive environment. Demonstrate patience and empathy, communicate effectively with residents and families, and report changes promptly. Evening shift (3 pm–11 pm) with pay starting at $16.25–$19.25/hour, eligible for benefits and career development opportunities. Based on Country Meadows in Hershey, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
- Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
- Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
