Required Qualifications
- Certified PCA/CNA with a valid license in North Carolina
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
