Job Summary
Resident care role supporting Assisted Living residents as a PCA/CNA. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care), transferring and mobility, medication reminders, documenting services and resident care plans, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting neighborhood programming. Requires minimum 18 years old, HS diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year healthcare experience; dementia training may be required; CPR/first aid preferred. Competitive hourly pay starting at 18.83 with multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd, PRN) and benefits eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related health care experience required
- In any Community with an Ensemble Program, applicant must successfully complete required dementia training
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening
- The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
