Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents in assisted living and memory care including assisting with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing), medication assistance, participation in social activities, routine cleaning and tidying of resident rooms, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and laundry. Work collaboratively with the care team to promote quality of life, with 8- or 12-hour shifts and predictable scheduling. Includes shift coverage and noc shift bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits such as health and dental, 401(k) matching, team bonuses, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Background check (BCI)
- CNA certification or licensure (license/certification) preferred or required per role
- Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus
