PCA/CNA/Home Health Aide

Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility transfers. Provide companionship, support meal preparation and feeding, and perform light housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Help with medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments or errands when required. Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor. This role supports clients in home health and assisted living settings, focusing on personal care, hygiene, and emotional well-being.
