Job Summary
Personal Care Aides provide in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, health monitoring, client transportation, light cleaning, meal preparation, and meal clean-up. Roles require maintaining a positive, professional demeanor, ensuring safety, and collaborating with families and the clinical team. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred; ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks; flexible scheduling; and background check clearance. Opportunities are available on a full-time/part-time/per-diem basis in Florence, SC with seasonal/hourly pay. Training and ongoing support are provided, along with benefits for eligible teammates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Home Health Aide and/or C.N.A certification preferred
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation if positions involve driving
- Background check required and any state regulatory requirements as applicable
- Minimum one-year full-time equivalent experience in healthcare preferred
