PCA Aides - Home Care DSP

Provide day-to-day direction and supervision for direct support staff, managing performance through development, training, and constructive feedback. Prepare staff schedules and maintain accurate documentation including HPC services, behavior logs, incident reports, medication records, and mileage. Assist clients with personal care such as bathing and toileting, prepare meals based on dietary requirements, and transport individuals to appointments while advocating on their behalf. Adhere to person-centered and behavior plans to ensure a safe, healthy environment that respects client rights. Foster trust and build relationships with clients and teammates while maintaining open communication with supervisors. Work a flexible schedule including overnight shifts if assigned for 24/7 client coverage. Valid CPR and First Aid certificates are preferred prior to employment.
