PC Technician

Job Summary
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware and networking peripherals; perform on-site diagnosis and resolution of PC problems, implement corrective hardware solutions (including off-site repair); organize and maintain an inventory of monitors, drives, and other peripheral equipment; respond to PC/hardware issues via calls/pages/emails with a positive attitude; ensure compliance with banking acts and regulations; complete scheduled maintenance; train and assist in cross-training IT staff and documenting procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent. One year experience in an IT support role.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in information technology or related
- Experience supporting an IT help desk in a Microsoft-domain environment
- CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft MTA Certifications
