Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals while performing routine maintenance, updates, and installations. Support end-users with technical inquiries via phone, email, or in-person assistance and configure new computers through imaging and software deployment. Maintain IT inventory, organize spare parts, and assist with network troubleshooting including Wi-Fi connectivity and printer setup. Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system and collaborate on special projects and technology upgrades. Currently pursuing an IT or Computer Science degree, preferably graduating in May or December 2025, with basic knowledge of Windows and MacOS.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Preferably graduating in May 2025 or December 2025
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and software applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment
