Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a specific department to ensure sales and profitability goals are met. Train and develop associates in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising while maintaining clean, safe, and stocked displays. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage departmental expenses and budget preparation. Communicate regularly with store management to align on store-wide objectives and lead diverse teams focused on inclusiveness and belonging. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check
