Job Summary
Join World Relief as a PC Data Specialist to assist field staff in tracking clients' progress through data collection and Dynamics case management. This full-time position seeks an individual with a commitment to Christian values and experience in refugee resettlement.
Required Qualifications
- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- At least 1-year experience in refugee resettlement work; familiar with refugee resettlement ideas and terminology
- Experience working in a grant-compliance context
- Database knowledge and skills in Microsoft Interfaces (such as Teams, Excel, Word)
- Ability to make travel adjustments to conduct PC monitoring
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for World Relief and familiarity with its systems
- Experience with the Preferred Communities (PC) program or Initial Resettlement at the field level
- Experience in Refugee Resettlement working in data systems
Additional Requirements
- Strong commitment to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief is essential
- Christian faith is a prerequisite for employment
