Job Summary
Analyze foreign exchange position processes and data flows between product control systems and trading risk teams. Document business requirements, investigate P&L explain data exceptions, and develop solutions with stakeholders to improve adjustment governance and data capture. Liaise with finance, product control, and technology teams to understand complex processes, assess technology estimations, and manage resolution of data exceptions from requirements definition through go-live support. Create comprehensive project documentation and working papers to support testing and user training. This role supports a multi-year transformation programme modernising product control systems within a global financial institution's Product Control team in Krakow.
Required Qualifications
- Prior working experience in markets and securities services through a line role
- At least two years of project delivery experience
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle

- Strong knowledge of global market products and how they behave
- Excellent analytical skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
