PBX Switchboard Operator

Operate the hospital telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls, perform related clerical tasks, monitor alarms, apply call codes per policy, and page physicians and hospital staff as needed. Requires the ability to handle hospital communications in a fast-paced environment and prior experience in a PBX or cashier role is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one to two years of hospital or related PBX/cashier experience preferred.
