Job Summary
The Central Reservations/PBX Agent is responsible for providing superior guest service via phone, on screen chat, and other electronic means. This role involves answering and processing all incoming communications, facilitating and managing reservations for hotels, limousines, restaurants, special events, and more. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a guest service-related field and must possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
