Job Summary
The Central Reservations/PBX Agent is responsible for providing superior guest service via phone, on-screen chat, radio, or other electronic means. This role involves answering and processing all incoming communications, facilitating and modifying reservations for hotels, limousine services, restaurants, and special events. Candidates should have previous experience in a guest service field and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least one year in Contact Center, Marketing, Special Event, Hotel Operations, Box Office or related guest service field preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
