Job Summary
Coordinate bespoke guest experiences and fulfill all needs during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure in partnership with hotel operations. Proactively anticipate guest needs, act upon them, and verify that supporting departments are equipped to meet requirements. Build rapport with guests and coordinate efforts with Butler Valets. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional uniform, appearance, and communications. Perform hands-on duties including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
