Job Summary
Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines, monitor alarms and emergency telephones, and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely manner while providing information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner. This full-time day role is available in Louisville, Kentucky, for a candidate with a high school diploma and one year of customer service experience.
