PBX Agent/Front Desk Relief

Job Summary
Manage guest communications and handle PBX calls while providing front desk relief support. Execute multi-line phone system operations with superior telephone etiquette to enhance the guest experience. Solve creative problems and follow up on guest inquiries using MS Office and hotel-specific software like Opera or hotSOS. Maintain high-volume call center standards with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required, with bi-lingual abilities preferred. Schedule includes early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays to reflect the cyclical nature of the hospitality business.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year direct related hotel experience as a call center agent and/or PBX agent
- 2+ years experience in a high volume call center position
- strong customer service/problem solving orientation
- 1+ year experience with multi-line phone systems
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Must be able to easily smile through the phone
- Must be a creative problem solver
